2022: Finishing and Furnishing the Apartments
In the spring of 2022, I focused entirely on getting the first two apartments (15 and 16) ready for rent by the summer. I completed the final touches, cleaned, and furnished them. I also finished and cleaned the common areas (the stair tower and the hallway on the first floor).
In the summer, two apartments were indeed rented out for the first time.
After the summer, I immediately continued working to ensure that apartments 11 and 12 would be ready for rent next year.
